1. Company

KLINTskis.com is provided by Down The Line AS, organization number: 997084136. Information and images on the site are owned by the company or partner and can not be copied without permission.

 

2. Prices

Each item is priced in NOK, SEK, EURO or USD dependent on the customer´s location. In the shopping cart you will see the total price.

 

3.1 Payment

Payment is made at the selected payment option in the checkout. Payment options are provided by Bambora with partners.

 

3.2 Card payment

Card payment accepts Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

 

3.3 Vipps

Payment with Vipps is only supported in Norway and is done using the mobile phone number and Vipps app on the mobile phone.

 

4. Shipping

Shipping prices are automatically updated in the online store when the items are added to the cart. We offer free shipping on all orders which includes skis.


4.1 Delivery methods

We use TNT, FedEx and Bring for shipping dependent on the customer´s location.

 

4.2 Deliveries

Orders placed before 14.00 are processed on the same day and are usually delivered within 1-4 days. Delivery will take place at the shipping address you have provided when ordering.

 

4.3 Damaged goods and complaints

When you receive your goods, it is important to check that the goods are not damaged or defective. Should the product be damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible by email to info@klintskis.com for further instructions.

 


5. Right of return and return

As a customer you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This can only be used if the item can be returned unused in original packaging. With the right of cancellation, the customer is responsible for the return charge.

 

6. Cancellation

If you use the right of cancellation, we will refund the entire amount of goods as soon as possible or within 14 days from the date we received the goods.



7. Privacy, Security and Personal Information

In connection with the order, you agree that Down The Line AS will store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email to provide the service you expect from us. Down The Line AS will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you need, once a year, the right to be part of the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use e-mail to send marketing and newsletters

9. Cookies

10.1 Force majeure

Force majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious infection or other extent the party's control and which prevents the parties from fulfilling their obligations and relieving a party from it. Such exceptions are subject to the condition that the operation can not be performed under these conditions. The other party shall be notified immediately of the circumstances, using this provision

 

10.2 Change of Contract

After the customer has made a purchase, Merchant is not entitled to change the terms of the purchase in question unless otherwise agreed.

 

10.3 Complaints

If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must, within a reasonable period of time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, inform the seller that he or she will invoke the defect. Buyer has always advertised on time if within 2 months. from the deficiency was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made within two years after the buyer took over the item. If the item or part of it is intended to last substantially longer than two years, the warranty period is five years.

10.4 Disputes and laws

Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these terms shall be solely solicited by a Norwegian court
