KLINT skis warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase at retail. The product will be repaired, or replaced if, upon inspection and it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship by KLINT.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, negligence, impact (striking a rock, post, ect.), repairs or alterations outside of ourfacility, tuning/grinder/wax machines, improper storage or mounting of bindings.
Before attempting to warranty your skis, one common question you must ask yourself is if your skis came incontact with something stronger than your skis. We must remind you that metal, cement, rocks and other hard materials will always be stronger than your skis (and your head), so think twice before choosing to execute that great move in the rocks for your next edit.
If you desire to return product for service or warranty consideration, need to email warranty@klintskis.com in order to get a WRA number (Warranty Return Authorization Number) and shipping address. All products shipped to KLINT without this WRA Number will be refused.
Please be sure to include in the package the correctly filled WRA form which will be emailed back to you. Original receipt is required as proof of purchase.
The customer returning product for consideration is responsible for the freight coming to KLINT. If the product is deemed a warranty issue, KLINT will pay the freight to return the product to you.
