The Daymaker Grip Walk kit converts the Daymakers (pre 2020) to a perfect fit for boots with Grip Walk soles.
The Grip Walk kit is not needed with the current Daymakers.
This new addition is a 4.5mm toe bail that directly integrates into the 4th gen Daymakers (Fall 2018 to Current) that has added length allowing for the usage of Gripwalk Touring Boots with the Daymaker Alpine Ski Touring Adapters. It comes with black Bail Keepers preinstalled.
Kit comes with two 3mm shims and screws to be inserted in between the bottom metal frame and the toe lug, to account for the lower AFD on binding setup to accommodate gripwalk boots
This product is not meant to be used with standard downhill ski boots unless they have Gripwalk Soles.
